I loved reading Amy’s post about Au-Pairing in Germany. I’d be terrified staying in a strangers house, especially abroad so this sounds like quite an experience!
One of my favourite meals at the moment is Courgetti, I didn’t think anything could replace pasta but this really does taste just as good and is sooo much better for you. I’ve tried this delicious recipe Courgetti Bolognese recipe by Halina (although with Quorn mince) and it’s quickly become a staple meal as it’s healthy and tasty too. Try it!
The last was this hilarious post by Lisa of Not Quite Enough blog, she visited Miniatur Wunderland in Hamburg and took some fab pictures – look out for some interesting shenanigans happening in the model village!
