You might have noticed I haven’t been around as much as usual recently. Life just suddenly got really crazily busy. This meant I haven’t blogged in nearly 2 weeks, shock horror! So now I have so much I want to tell you all about, things to catch up on and blogs to read, busy, busy busy, as per usual! Right, so here is all of my big news…
Firstly, I GOT A NEW JOB! I can’t write much about it on here, but for the last two weeks I’ve been working so hard for an interview for the biggest opportunity I’ve ever had and am pleased to say I got the job! It was hard work, I lived, breathed and slept job interview preparation, but preparation is key and it paid off! My new job will start in November so there will lots of changes going on from now. Very exiting.
Secondly, last weekend my best friend Dani got married to her lovely husband Kev. They had a beautiful church ceremony, followed by the reception at Knepp Castle in a huge Teepee! I loved their style, Dani had put so much thought into every little detail and it was just perfect. I was Maid of Honour so I loved sharing a part of their big day with them. Dani looked stunning, it was a glorious day all round.
In other news I’ve been really busy with blog events, blog reviews and meet-ups. I have loads of posts coming up about them, so keep an eye out! Recently attended the opening of a gorgeous new lingerie store in Brighton, Boux Avenue. The brand was created and is owned by Theo Paphitis (of Dragons Den) and I was lucky enough to meet the man himself as he was there to cut the ribbon and open the store. Boux Avenue has some really gorgeous lingerie and nightwear, which is affordable too – I wanted to buy so many things! I’m popping back to Boux Avenue for a proper look around and a personalised fitting in the next week so watch this space for more on that.
