BEAUTY: Introducing Kastella Beauty Company

As you’ll all know, I’m a huge fan of Asian skincare and beauty products. I just love the cutesie, colourful packaging, plus the colours always suit my fair skin tone. I use Korean beauty products in my everyday make-up look and think the quality is always fantastic, especially seeing as a lot of the products are half the price than we’d pay over here. The only thing with Asian brands is finding a good place to buy them over here in the UK, it can be a bit of a minefield. I was mega excited when brand new beauty brand Kastella got in touch to introduce themselves. They have been a distributer of Korean beauty and skincare for many years, however have now launched Kastella Beauty online, aiming to bring Korean brands into to Western mainstream beauty market. (Perfect!) They stock lots of my favourite brands from Tony Moly, Holika Holika and more (if you haven’t heard of those brands, look them up – serious CUTE!). They also have worked with Memebox, a big favourite of mine too.

So, to show me a few of the products they offer, they sent me this sweet little pack, which came straight from their HQ in Korea. I stupidly ripped off the beautiful dark-red ribbon before photographed it (the bow was HUGE) as I was too excited to see what was inside. They sent me this cute Petite Bunny Gloss Bar by Tony Moly in Juicy Peach and a load of samples of the most weirdest and wonderful skincare I’ve ever seen! My pack included moisturisers with ingredients such as bee venom, snail gel and placenta! I haven’t quite plucked up the courage to try them all yet, but it was certainly an eye-opener as to how different skincare can be. They also stock a lot more ‘standard’ skincare products too, however I find with Asian brands you need to check it doesn’t include whitening ingredients (unless you’re looking for this look, obviously!), but personally I like my freckles and a bit of colour.

If you are a big fan of Asian beauty and skincare, or it’s all new to you – do take a look at their website, they stock a really broad range of products and there is something for everyone. They are also offering Free Shipping for orders over $25. Bargain!
Have you tried Korean brands, what did you think?
