GIVEAWAY: Win a two week Teatox!

Win a 14 day Teatox with Slendertox

It’s that time of year again, when we start thinking of shedding those extra Christmas pounds and getting into shape for the summer. This year I am not setting myself any crazy ‘weight loss goals’ but just trying to make some healthy choices, such as drinking more water, eating more fruit and vegetables and cutting out sugar and alcohol where I can. Nothing drastic, if I want a treat – I’ll still have it. Everything in moderation.

So, today I have a giveaway that can give us all a helping had with starting our new healthy regimes – Teatox by Slendertoxtea is a fantastic addition to supplement a healthy eating plan. It’s 100% natural and helps to detox the body gently and naturally, breaking down the fatty deposits within the gastrointestinal tract.

A 14 day Teatox will help to also:

  • Boost metabolism
  • Reduce bloating
  • Revitalise the body

The Teatox set includes a 14 day supply of Daytox, this is best enjoyed first thing in the morning to start cleansing the system from early on. Also included is 14 day supply of Sleeptox, this is comsumed every other day, just before bedtime and gives your body an extra boost whilst you sleep, helping you to wake up feeling more refreshed and rejuvenated.I am a big fan of the Teatox range, having tried a 14 day Teatox a few times now and always getting fantastic results. Within just a couple of days of starting the trial, I felt lighter and less bloated. During my last Teatox (alongside a healthy diet) I lost 5lbs.

So, if you would like to give a 14 day Teatox a go, enter below!

cut out all fats except for a balanced good fat content – I eat cous cous with a few olives or sundried tomatoes in olive oil with fish or chicken for most meals , I have lost 1 and a half stone in three months -gradual waste loss and still feeling full after meals is the key.

I think my top tip would be portion control, eating healthily and also high intensity/interval training. You don’t need to spend an eternity working out if you make the most of your workouts.
I’ve always wondered whether things like these teas work or not but I’m glad you say you’ve had a positive experience with them. I’ll have to give them a try!

My best advice is ‘a little of everything does you good’. I was anorexic & bulemic for 30+ years and completely obsessed with food & exercise. Now that I’m older I’m finally beginning to be kind to myself!
