Posh Totty Makes + a little competition!

A few weeks back, I was invited to a very special evening with one of my favourite Brighton brands, Posh Totty Designs. I had previously discovered Posh Totty last summer and had fallen in love with their gorgeous personalised and unique jewellery collections. So, when they got in touch again last month, I was excited to hear that they have turned their quaint Bond Street store into the perfect little sanctuary for crafting classes over the summer too.

After a busy day at work I joined a small group of local bloggers to experience one of the new crafting classes and try our hands at learning Macrame, which was the perfect evening unwinding session. The Bond Street store is the ideal space for a small, intimate crafting class, with the maximum class size being 6 people. The classes also include all crafting materials plus free cocktails and cupcakes, amazing! After a short tutorial with the super friendly team, we gathered around the table and got to work, crafting our macrame hanging planters as the cocktails and cupcakes started to flow.

Everyone made different colour planters, so it was lovely to watch everyones unique designs coming together. I made a lovely neutral beige colour,  my plan is to hang it in our new bathroom so watch this space to see it pop up in a post coming soon! It felt so satisfying to come away with a finished product, having learnt a whole new skill and completed an entire first project in one session, it felt like such a productive evening!

To finish the class, the lovely team showed us some of the other crafting skills they are teaching. String Art and Shibori Tie Dye to name a few, they are seriously talented ladies.

In addition to a lovely evening, we came away from our crafting extravaganza with a beautiful goodie bag (Shibori Tie Dye, of course!) with some lovely treats. A String Art crafting set to try at home and a gorgeous custom made necklace which I’ve since worn every day. I was so touched by their gorgeous personalised gifts, they really are such a sweet company with such a friendly, fun team.

Finally, in my goodie bag was a voucher for another class. But, don’t worry you won’t have to listen to me chatting about it again, this time it could be you going along!

  • This is such a cute shop! I wish there were more little shops like this where I live, as I would probably spend hours in them, haha! Those appetizers look so tasty. I just found your blog, and I’m obsessed! I love your lifestyle posts, as I find them super inspirational and cute 🙂 xxx
