Bringing Pearl home with Britax Römer – plus win a DUALFIX i-SIZE car seat!

When it comes to choosing your babies car seat, safety is always the most important factor. Even as a second time Mum, the moment we were discharged from hospital with Pearl felt like the most daunting challenge in the world to keep such a tiny human safe! Like most parents, the first thing we did was strap her into her new carseat for the ride home, so having the safest, most reliable and comfortable car seat from day one is so important.  I am excited to tell you that this year I am on the Britax Ambassador Panel – so Pearl’s first ever journey in life was the perfect chance to try out our new Britax Römer Baby i-Size car seat (in the most BEAUTIFUL coral colour – which certainly caught the midwives attention at the hospital!) I’ve shared these photos before but they are so special to me I wanted to include them again… Nothing beats this moment!

We chose Britax for Pearl as their car seats are made to the very highest safety standards. In fact they have just released this brand new ‘Made in Germany’ video, which aims to show parents the exceptional level of care and attention that goes into the production of each and every Britax Römer car seat. I loved watching the video and seeing what goes on ‘behind the scenes’ when it comes to designing and producing a car seat – there is so much more than you’d realise! The video shows an insightful journey through the child car seat production process: from design and engineering, to the crash test facility and production. At the heart of the video are the people behind the brand, 100% of which are real employees from its German factory; showing the important human role that is played in the production of its car seats.

Have a watch….

Something I love about the brand (aside from their fantastic products) is their slogan “Made for our children, made for your children” which is instilled in all Britax Römer employees, from the production team, to the engineering team through to the management team. They believe nothing but the very best will do and everyone deserves the best when it comes to their child’s safety. You can’t get more reassuring than that! I’m so excited to be on the Britax Römer Ambassador Panel and share lots more exciting news from the brand and product reviews over the next few months.
