As a parent, I don’t really get a lot of sleep, so when I go to bed the little sleep I get has to be worth it! I really struggle to sleep, I’ve been nicknamed ‘The Priness and the Pea’. If the light, temperature or bedding isn’t right, I know I’ll have a broken night – that’s without the babies input! I’m always on the hunt for affordable bedding and furniture but finding the right bedding can be a real challenge so I wanted to share two options that are really working for us at the moment. NIGHTOWL DUVET

The Night Owl is an ingenious product as it’s a duvet that never needs changing! One of my least favourite household chores is changing the beds and with the Night Owl, this is a thing of the past. I really love the Night Owl as it’s so easy to use, plus it’s super soft and snuggly too, the fibres just melt into you. It’s the cosiest blanket! Perfect not only for sleeping but it’s lightweight enough to pop on the sofa for a movie night too.

Our bed is a busy place, not only do we sleep in there but often the girls will appear throughout the night, use it as a trampoline in the day or sit, watch movies and generally spill things and drop crumbs. We do change the beds a lot! This has really helped with saving a bit of time, plus it’s a great product to have in the cupboard for guests staying over too. The most handy use is if there is an incident in the night, you can quickly pop it on the bed ready to get back in within minutes. I’ll never forget the time Violet had a sickness bug and I changed 5 sets of bedding in one night! I wish I’d had this at the time!
