New Range: Body Shop Colour Crush Lipsticks

Hey lovelies!
YAY it’s almost the bank holiday weekend,  woop woop!
Today I wanted to share with you two things, a fab new range of lipsticks from The Body shop and also a great cause you could be supporting by popping into the Body Shop this bank holiday weekend.
So, the lipsticks are the brand new Colour Crush range. They are super nourishing, packed with cherry seed oil and coated with community fair trade marula oil.  Each shade is formulated from the finest quality pigments and of course being a Body Shop product they are 100% cruelty free. The range offers  24 shades to chose from, and these range right across the spectrum from nudes to bright, flirty reds and deep purple shades. There is something to suit everyone and every outfit or look.
I was lucky enough to be sent three of these gorgeous shades to try. I tried …
110 – Coral Blush // 320 – Berry in Love // 235 – The Right Mauves
Each lipstick is easy to apply and glides on nicely. You can tell immediately how nourishing the colours are as it almost feels like applying a lip balm as well as colour. The best part about this colour is it has some super staying power – even at work where I am constantly sipping at my coffee cup and munching in office cakes (who doesn’t!) it lasted for hours without getting that patchy look. It also didn’t dry my lips at all. I was impressed!!
The colour is bright and highly pigmented, so each shade really does make a huge statement. I would highly recommend this range, it feels like a high-end lipstick, but comes at a reasonable price. I will be buying a few more shades for my collection for sure.
Lastly, if you pop into The Body Shop over the Bank Holiday weekend, you can recieve a free ‘lipover’ and place your kiss on the displays in store windows, and as The Body shop are awesome people, for every kiss placed they will donate 50p to the Teenage Cancer Trust! Around six people between 13 – 24 are diagnosed with cancer every day in the UK, so this is a fantastic cause.
They have created a hashtag so please feel free to share your kisses and shout about this great cause using the hashtag #TCTKisses if you check out this range over the weekend! 🙂
Have a great time!

p.s- sorry about the lighting in these pictures! But now you have no excuse but to pop in and try the shades yourself! 🙂
